Verified View Process

Identify preferred viewpoints.
Determine the appropriate focal length/field of view, for each viewpoint, finding a balance between human perception and showing the proposal in a meaningful context.
Capture baseline photography, recording the camera’s location, optical axis height, lens type and time & date of photograph.
Survey key points within each photograph and each viewpoint's location.
Match the real world camera for each viewpoint, in our 3D software using, using the recorded location information and surveyed point cloud.
Import or produce a 3D computer model of the proposal and align it to the surveyed coordinate system.
Depending on the requested Verified View Level we will apply materials to the model, match the lighting conditions in the baseline photograph and integrate a render of the model with the site photography.

Identify preferred viewpoints.
Determine the appropriate focal length/field of view, for each viewpoint, finding a balance between human perception, showing the proposal in a meaningful context and composition.
Visit site to capture photographs as close to the proposed as possible. We will record the camera’s optical axis height, lens type, time of day and the cameras approximate position on the topographical survey (if available).
Match the real world camera for each viewpoint, in our 3D software, using our camera data and the supplied measured surveys.
Import or produce a 3D computer model of the proposal.
Light and render the 3D model of the proposed and integrate with the site photography.
