CGI Virtual Tours offer an immersive way to explore unbuilt spaces and demo fit out proposals. We build a 3D model of the space from your supplied CAD information and produce the CGI Virtual Tours from special panoramic renders of this model. CGI Virtual Tours are easy to use and work on desktop, tablet or smartphone with or without a headset.

If your space is already built and staged, you may want to consider our Photographic Virtual Tours service.

Hybrid Virtual Tours

We also produce hybrid CGI and Photographic Virtual Tours to demonstrate the versatility of a space by combining photography of the CAT A fitout with computer generated renders of potential CAT B fit outs. Take a look at this hybrid tour we produced for Lady Hale Gate

I am dedicated to delivering exceptional results and my creations have been supporting property professionals for over 28 years. I work directly on every project, ensuring a consistent level of quality, clear communication and an accurate interpretation of the design intent from the outset.

We are a UK-based architectural visualisation studio established in 2008, founded and led by myself, Oliver Radford a highly skilled industry veteran.

We understand that budgets are an important consideration and our approach is always to provide the highest quality output for the best possible value.

Our role is to support the wider consultant team, producing visuals that are both robust and effective, while maintaining a straightforward and reliable workflow.
