Working with property developer Landid and architects DN-A & Ryder Architecture, on behalf of Legal & General, we were asked to produce a set of hero Property CGIs to share with the media and raise awareness of two new buildings within the Riverside Sunderland masterplan.

Riverside Sunderland is a regeneration scheme that promises a new urban quarter spanning the River Wear. The site sits alongside the iconic Wearmouth & Monkwearmouth Bridges and promises to create 1,000 new homes and 1 million square feet of commercial space.
