  • How are Verified Views produced?

    1. Verifiable Site Photography & Survey
Verified Views begin with finalising viewpoint locations, followed by the site photography. The captured photos will be circulated for stakeholders to select between 24mm, 35mm & 50mm focal lengths for each viewpoint. The approved focal lengths will be submitted for survey, to capture the location and key points within each photograph.
    2. 3D Modelling & Texturing
In parallel to the photography & survey, 3D modelling and texturing will be completed to create a realistic digital representation of the proposal.
    3. Camera Matching & Lighting
Once the model is built and the survey data is ready, camera matching and lighting will be applied to create the Verified Views.
    4. Method Statement Production
A method statement will be written to outline of the specific steps involved and present existing & proposed Verified Views alongside location information for each viewpoint.
    5. Commenting, Approval & Delivery
Finally, the client will be invited to comment on and approve the deliverables before final delivery is made.
